HOW WELL DO YOU MANAGE YOUR TIME AS A PERSON IN GENERAL?
Time management has never been an issue of mine. In fact, most people who know me well would say that my capability to manage my time is one of my greatest strengths. Balancing the time spent with my family, school, and extracurricular activities, was no problem at all, and it still isn't. Even though I can do this very well, I've recently expanded my view of this and have found more importance to this skill. |
STRESS. The worst nightmare of any student, especially when university gets closer. In my case, I can never succeed in my work under a stressed environment, or a stressed mind. I was thinking this week, and I couldn't recall when was the last time that I felt very stressed. This was the moment when I realized how crucial time-management was, because ever since I learned to balance it correctly, I barely felt stressed. The procrastinators would always be the ones who stressed the most over their tasks, and it makes total sense.
PROCRASTINATION IS
STRESS' BEST FRIEND
STRESS' BEST FRIEND
Learning about this motivated me even more to get things done beforehand, because not only do you end up having more time to look over your work and improve it, but by doing so you have more time to pursue other passions. These passions that might have been previously held back by all the STRESS. This has not only made me want to become even better at managing my time, but also help others put procrastination to a complete STOP. Lately, the only reason that my classmates and I, at least, have been stressing, is by completing work during the last minute. We can be so greatly facilitated by doing work the day it's given or pretty soon after it's given, because there is already less weight on your shoulders. This skill is one that can immensely benefit every single teenager in school, and it isn't as hard as it seems. Motivation and an attempt at organization CAN eliminate procrastination. |
